Our process is designed to guide
you from your very first idea all the way to a beautifully finished space, without the guess work. We start by
getting to know you, your vision, your lifestyle, and what’s not working in your current space. From there, we
take care of everything: planning, design, selections, and managing the entire construction process. You
won’t be left wondering what’s next. We walk you through each phase, keep communication clear, and
make sure every detail is handled with intention and care.

Determine scope of work
- Schedule a Home Consultation Meeting
- At the Home Consultation Meeting, we will discuss scope of work, our design packages, rough
construction timelines and take measurements - Once scope of work is approved, a 10% Design Deposit is required to begin design development

Design development
- Gather and share inspiration photos, design ideas, and must-have details with the Design Team before your design meeting
- Meet with the Design Team to review pre-selected finishes, discuss project details, and begin narrowing the design direction
- The Design Team will create realistic 3D renderings to help you visualize the finished space
- Additional design meetings and rendering revisions may be scheduled as needed
- While the design is being finalized, select plumbing fixtures and appliances
- Once selections are finalized, send the details to the Design Team
Material ordering
- Review and approve the final project renderings and drawings.
- Sign off on the approved design.
- Submit the additional 40% deposit so materials can be ordered.
- Order any items included on your shopping list.
- Send item details and lead times to the Design Team.
Construction
- Once all materials are received, we will confirm your project walk-through and start date
- Project materials will be delivered to your garage at the beginning of construction
- An additional 20% deposit is due on demo day
- If a change order is needed, we will provide updated pricing and request written approval before moving forward
- An additional 20% deposit is due at the start of cabinet installation, once framing, mechanicals, and drywall are complete
Completion
- A final walk-through will be scheduled with the Field Designer
- The completed space will be reviewed together
- The final 10% payment is due at the final walk-through
