Although designed as a hardworking utility space, this second-floor laundry room reflects the same level of craftsmanship found throughout the home. MSI Calacatta Valentin quartz countertops and full-height backsplashes create a bright, durable workspace that stands up beautifully to everyday use while adding a clean, sophisticated look.
The layout was carefully planned around the needs of a large family, incorporating two side-by-side stackable washer and dryer sets to increase efficiency and simplify laundry day. An oversized utility sink and generous countertop space provide dedicated areas for folding, sorting, and tackling household tasks.
One of the room’s most distinctive features is its layered approach to hardware. Rather than matching every finish, polished nickel plumbing fixtures are paired with brass cabinet knobs and drawer pulls, creating a curated, designer-inspired look that adds warmth and character without overwhelming the space.
